We provide individuals and families with the support and resources needed to navigate life’s challenges. Our case managers work closely with clients to develop personalized service plans, connect them to community resources, and coordinate care across multiple providers.

This service focuses on helping individuals access mental health treatment, employment, medical care, and other essential supports. Case managers also provide advocacy, monitor progress, and assist with goal-setting to ensure clients have the tools they need for long-term stability and success.

Through consistent support and guidance, Case Management empowers individuals and families to overcome barriers, improve well-being, and build healthier, more independent lives.

We understand that crises can happen anytime, anywhere. Our Crisis Intervention services are designed to provide immediate support for individuals experiencing emotional, mental, or behavioral distress. Our trained team responds quickly with face-to-face help for those at risk of harming themselves or others, ensuring safety and stability in the moment.

We meet people where they are—whether at home, school, or in the community—and work to de-escalate the crisis, provide counseling, and connect individuals with ongoing care and resources.

With services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, Progressive Solutions is here to deliver compassionate, timely intervention whenever it’s needed most.

Parent-Child Supervision provides a safe and supportive setting for parents and children to spend quality time together while strengthening their bond. Our trained staff ensures visits are structured, positive, and focused on the child’s well-being, while also offering guidance to help parents practice healthy interactions.

In addition to supervised visits, we offer parenting classes designed to equip parents with practical skills, strategies, and confidence to create a stable, nurturing home environment. Together, these services support families working toward healing, stability, and reunification.

Child & Adolescent
Services (CANS)
Psychosocial Rehabilitative Services

The CANS is an assessment that looks at both the needs and strengths of children and adolescents. It helps providers and families create a clear plan of care. The assessment typically covers:

  • Emotional and behavioral needs – such as anxiety, depression, or trauma symptoms

  • Life functioning – how the child is doing at home, school, and in the community

  • Risk behaviors – concerns that may put the child or others at risk

  • Strengths – talents, interests, supports, and protective factors

  • Caregiver resources and needs – the support and guidance available in the home

The CANS guides treatment, service planning, and progress tracking, ensuring each child and family receives the right support at the right time.

We are designed to help individuals build the skills they need to live more independently and improve their quality of life. These services focus on developing coping strategies, social skills, and daily living abilities that support recovery and stability.

PSR typically includes:

  • Coping skills training for managing stress, emotions, and symptoms

  • Social skills development to improve communication and relationships

  • Independent living skills such as self-care, money management, and organization

  • Community integration to help individuals engage in school, work, and social activities

The goal of PSR is to empower individuals to achieve greater independence, strengthen resilience, and enhance overall well-being while remaining connected to their community.

Medication Management & Support

Our Medication Training program provides education and guidance about prescribed medications and their possible side effects. This curriculum-based training serves as an initial orientation, helping individuals gain a deeper understanding of:

  • The nature of their mental health condition or emotional disturbance

  • The role of medications in managing symptoms and supporting stability

  • How proper use of medications can lead to symptom reduction and longer tenure in the community

By learning about the purpose and impact of medications, individuals are empowered to take an active role in their treatment journey. This training not only promotes safety and awareness, but also strengthens confidence in following treatment plans and working closely with healthcare provider
